Nutrition
Customized nutrition support to help you have an eating plan that you actually like.
Whether it be freedom on the weekends, having some treats but still making progress, meal prep and planning for busy family life, or travel we will work around your life and what you want your life to look like after you've hit your goals to help you drop the weight and keep it off.
Exercise
My clients range from amateur athletes (triathlons, pole sport, tennis, golf and pickleball) to "exercise hopefuls". Meaning they want to get into exercise and be consistent with it, but aren't sure where to start, need to get restarted and want to get in better shape without hurting themselves.
I also help the self described "non exercisers".
Meaning the ones who know they "should do it" but really don't want to so they want me to help them with a path to results that lets them do as little exercise as possible.
Behavior Change
What it comes down to when we don't yet have the results we want is that we either need help with the actual strategy (like what to do, how to do it) or we don't have the right approach with behavior change (as in actually doing the thing and becoming the woman who is down 20 lbs and keeping it off).
Let's face it friends, shedding weight and keeping it off can be hard.
Especially if you are doing stuff that feels awful.
When I work with clients, we make the process as fun as possible and all the while I help you learn to even better trust your body and like yourself. The reason for this is that the more we like, love and respect ourselves, the better we will treat ourselves and our bodies.
There are 3 main ways to work with me:

Down 15lbs -3.5 inches from her chest, 4 inches from her waist, 4 inches from her hips, 3 inches from her thigh.M came to me to get her eating "sorted out". Down 22 lbs, 62 year old J said this about our work together: I met Megan years ago when I signed up to work out at her gym.
