FAQS

When are the group coaching sessions?

Monday nights at 7:30pm Central. (Except the occasional holiday like Memorial Day and Labor Day)

Do I need to attend live?

No.

They will always be recorded and you can choose to exclusively catch the replays.

Will I get coached?

If you show up, chances are good you will get coached that night.

You can also submit questions ahead of time specific to you and your situation and goals.

What if I need more individual help?

Upgrades that include private coaching are available.

For those of you who don't know me, I have 22 years of experience coaching people in fitness, nutrition and mindset.

Nourish is a space I created to help women

-get off the diet roller coaster,

-drop weight,

-keep the weight off,

& find a way to move their bodies that feels right for them, all while improving their relationship with food and the way they see themselves.

For most of my teenage years and early adulthood, I struggled with body image and disordered eating.

I'm passionate about helping women see what is possible for them when their relationship with their body shifts toward kindness, respect and a deep honoring of the awesome that is the human form.

My coaching is a blend of science and woo. I can't wait to help you clear energetic blocks, balance your chakras and drop body fat. :)
